One step before the first open

The Preview isn’t notarised yet: it’s with Apple for review, and they’re taking their time. Until it’s through, macOS blocks it the first time. Clearing that takes a few seconds, once.

  1. Open the downloaded file and drag TurnPanel onto Applications.
  2. Open Terminal and run this:
    Terminal
    $ xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/TurnPanel.app
  3. Open TurnPanel from Applications as usual.

Rather not use Terminal? Try to open TurnPanel once, then go to System Settings, Privacy & Security, and choose Open Anyway.

01What Enterprise will add

On top of everything Server already does.

Server brings people, roles, sandboxed spaces, machines that join and an audit log. Enterprise is in development for TurnPanel 2, and will add what a large organisation’s policies ask for. Early customers shape what comes first.

  • Single sign-on

    Sign in through your identity provider with OIDC or SAML, and require it for everyone.

  • Provisioning

    People and groups arrive and leave through SCIM, straight from your directory.

  • Audit streams and retention

    Stream the sealed audit log to your SIEM, keep it as long as policy says, and hold it for legal.

  • An auditor role

    Someone who can read the audit log and nothing else.

  • Air-gapped deployments

    Install and update with no connection at all, from signed files.

  • Support that answers

    A named contact, help with rollout and sizing, and fixes that land in releases.
