TurnPanel already benchmarks a machine before it picks a model — that is how the app works out what a given laptop can run. Certification is that same measurement, taken against your board instead of a customer's, and the mark is what came back: this machine was measured, tuned to the reading, and left in a state where local AI works on the day it is opened.
