One step before the first open

The Preview isn’t notarised yet: it’s with Apple for review, and they’re taking their time. Until it’s through, macOS blocks it the first time. Clearing that takes a few seconds, once.

  1. Open the downloaded file and drag TurnPanel onto Applications.
  2. Open Terminal and run this:
    Terminal
    $ xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/TurnPanel.app
  3. Open TurnPanel from Applications as usual.

Rather not use Terminal? Try to open TurnPanel once, then go to System Settings, Privacy & Security, and choose Open Anyway.

Jobs

A Job keeps one piece of work together, including the conversation, access rules, approvals, processes, and result.

One outcome, one record

A Job keeps everything for one task together: messages, model, tool activity, approvals, Browser tabs, running processes, helpers, and results. Start a new Job for unrelated work.

While work is running

  1. Work

    The timeline shows what the agent is doing and any approvals it needs. Long-running commands appear below the Job.

  2. Wait

    When an approval, user handoff, helper, or process finishes, work continues in the same Job.

    Keep the docs preview running
    npm run dev
    Runningnpm run devStop
    $ npm run dev
    A long command appears as a child process below its Job.
  3. Return

    Reopen the Job to review what happened, continue the work, or return to its Browser tabs and processes.

Helpers and handoffs

A helper handles one part of a Job and returns its result to that Job. A Space handoff starts work in another Space using that Space’s rules and only the instructions that were sent with it.
